SHIPPING
  • WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
    • We offer domestic shipping and international shipping.
  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
    • All orders made Monday - Thursday before 4pm (EST) will be processed asap on the same day. Orders made on Friday after 3pm will be processed on Saturday.
  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    • DOMESTIC: All standard orders arrive within 2 - 3 business days. All overnight orders arrive in 1 business day.
    • INTERNATIONAL: All orders arrive within 7 - 14 business days.
    • ALL ORDERS MADE ON FRIDAY AFTER 3PM WILL BE DISPATCHED ON MONDAY!
  • HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
    • Once your order is confirmed and processed you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information. When the label of your traceable order is scanned you will be able to track your order.

    • DOMESTIC: USPS
    • INTERNATIONAL: DHL & UPS
  • WHAT IS A BUSINESS DAY?
    • Business days are Monday - Friday. Weekends Saturday - Sunday are NOT business days. Holidays are NOT business days.
FIT - SIZING

  • WHAT SIZE SHOULD I PURCHASE?
    • Check the products page description and size guide.
  • HOW CAN I FIND MY OWN SIZE?
    • Measure a nice fitting dress/top/jumpsuit that you own and compare it to the measurements of the fit you want to purchase. 
    • If you usually wear a small then you'll most likely be a small. Check the product page description to see if the fit is true to size, runs small, or runs big.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
  • RETURN
    • All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags attached. It must be unused and in the same condition it was received. We reserve the right to decline a return if the item is not in it's unused condition. If you get makeup on the merchandise or damage the merchandise then your return will be refused.
    • Swimwear and bodysuits are not eligible for a refund due to health and hygiene reasons.
    • You are responsible to purchase the return label. Tracking is suggested.
    • Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any returns made after this grace period is ineligible for a return.
    • Returns are ONLY received in store credit.
    • Allow 7-14 for your return to be processed. Once processed, your will receive an e-mail with your e-gift card. E-gift cards don't expire.
    • WE DO NOT ACCEPT USED MERCHANDISE
  • EXCHANGE
    • We do not offer exchanges. You may use your issued store credit to make a new purchase on www.Moskentai.com
